ABOUT KENSINGTON MARKET

Kensington Market has long been the home of many artists of all disciplines – musicians, writers, painters, photographers and more. It has also served as source of inspiration for prominent artists including Frank Gehry and urban historian Jane Jacob, who described Kensington as one of the greatest places to live. The people of Kensington have also inspired the TV show King of Kensington and the Market has been the backdrop of several other TV programs, movies, and music videos.
